Grandfather Clock Grip is a new take on the classic towel grip pull-up. Sold in pairs, these 1.875″ diameter steel tubes can deliver a more intense form of bodyweight training than a traditional pull-up bar, as the vertical neutral grip position not only is a grip strength killer, but also targets the forearm muscles much in the way a rope climb does.
